De-dusting system modification in Stock House Bag Filter
Project Description – Design, Sizing, Selection & Site Fabrication of New Cyclone Separator in order to arrest excessive dust in existing Bag Filter of Stock House and Modification in the existing duct layout in order to arrest the dust in cyclone separator and de-dusting of gas in Bag Filter system.
Project Summary – IDAC has been called for inspection of existing system and suggest optimal solution. We have studied the system and taken site dimensions as the GA drawing and layout of the existing system was not available with Client. We has identified the locations and no of points of de-dusting which was counted as 35 nos in a single Bag Filter. IDAC has submitted initial technical proposal for the introduction of cyclone separator before bag filter to arrest the dust generating points and to install another bag filter system for other transfer points. IDAC designs the system and offered other bag filter system for smooth running and de-dusting the heavily dust area. Project completed successfully from all aspects in April end.
IDAC has done project implementation from design stage to site fabrication & erection and making it a success. This has make IDAC a reliable name for the Design, Consultancy, Execution and implementation in De-dusting project requirements.
